1. Dịch vụ
SmartStash — Kho Đồ Số là ứng dụng quản lý đồ đạc cá nhân chạy offline-first trên Android: bạn tạo và tìm đồ, vị trí, lượt cho mượn và ký gửi ngay trên điện thoại, không cần mạng.
2. Dữ liệu thuộc về bạn
Mọi dữ liệu bạn tạo trong app thuộc về bạn. Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm giữ mã PIN khoá app và mật khẩu sao lưu: vì sao lưu được mã hoá theo nguyên tắc zero-knowledge, quên mật khẩu sao lưu đồng nghĩa với không thể khôi phục bản sao đó, và quên PIN đồng nghĩa với phải xoá dữ liệu app để dùng tiếp.
3. Gói Free và Pro
Gói Free giới hạn 30 món đang hoạt động, 20 vị trí và tối đa 3 ảnh mỗi món. Gói Pro mở giới hạn món và vị trí, tối đa 10 ảnh mỗi món cùng quyền dùng Lưu trữ trên Cloud. Khi mở bán, gói Pro được bán qua Google Play.
4. Gói lưu trữ Cloud
Lưu trữ trên Cloud của Smartstash chỉ dành cho gói Pro, với các gói 100MB, 200MB, 500MB và 1GB mỗi năm theo bảng giá trong app. Hạn mức được kiểm tra trước khi nhận file: vượt hạn mức thì không tải thêm được cho tới khi bạn nâng gói hoặc xoá bớt bản sao cũ.
5. Sử dụng hợp lệ
Bạn dùng app đúng pháp luật, không cố ý phá hoại, không tìm cách vượt qua giới hạn gói trái phép và không chia sẻ mã PIN hay mật khẩu sao lưu của mình cho người khác.
6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp trên cơ sở "nguyên trạng". Nhà phát triển không chịu trách nhiệm với việc mất dữ liệu do bạn quên mật khẩu sao lưu hoặc mã PIN, mất máy mà không có bản sao lưu, hay gián đoạn từ dịch vụ bên thứ ba (Google Drive, Google Play). Không có cam kết mức độ sẵn sàng (SLA) nào đi kèm ứng dụng.
7. Thay đổi điều khoản
Khi điều khoản thay đổi, phiên bản mới sẽ được thông báo trong app; việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng app sau đó được xem là chấp nhận điều khoản mới.

1. The service
SmartStash — Digital Stash is an offline-first personal item-management app for Android: you create and find items, locations, lending and consignment records right on your phone, with no network needed.
2. Your data belongs to you
All data you create in the app belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your app-lock PIN and backup password: because backups are encrypted under the zero-knowledge principle, forgetting the backup password means that backup cannot be recovered, and forgetting the PIN means app data must be wiped to continue using the app.
3. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan is limited to 30 active items, 20 locations and at most 3 photos per item. The Pro plan lifts the item and location limits, allows up to 10 photos per item, and unlocks Smartstash Cloud Storage. When sales open, Pro will be sold through Google Play.
4. Cloud storage plans
Smartstash Cloud Storage is for the Pro plan only, with 100MB, 200MB, 500MB and 1GB yearly plans at the prices shown in the app. Quotas are checked before files are accepted: over quota, no further uploads are possible until you upgrade your plan or delete old backups.
5. Fair use
Use the app lawfully, do not deliberately damage it, do not attempt to bypass plan limits without authorisation, and do not share your PIN or backup password with others.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for data loss caused by you forgetting your backup password or PIN, losing your phone without a backup, or outages of third-party services (Google Drive, Google Play). No service-level agreement (SLA) comes with the app.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version will be announced in the app; your continued use of the app afterwards counts as acceptance of the new terms.
